In einem allgemeinen Teil werden verschiedene Aspekte im Zusammenhang mit dem Beginn und dem Ende einer Kinderanalyse erörtert. Im weiteren kommen Auszüge aus den ersten und letzten Therapiesitzungen der Fälle Frankie (B. Bornstein), Richard (M. Klein), Piggle (D. W. Winnicott) und Carine (J. Simon / R. Diatkine) zur Darstellung; anhand des Stundenmaterials und der Kommentare wird die jeweilige Vorgehensweise zusammen mit den ihr zugrundeliegenden theoretischen Positionen erklärt.

In a more general part various aspects concerning the beginning and the ending of a child analysis are discussed. Furthermore excerpts from the first and last sessions of the case Frankie (B. Bornstein), Richard (M. Klein), Piggle (D. W. Winnicott), Carine (D. Simon / R. Diatkine) are described. The procedure and its theoretical background are discussed in the commentaries.

Dans une partie générale, cet article aborde différents aspects du début et de la fin d'une psychoanalyse d'enfant. Par la suite, sont présentés des extraits tirés des premières et des dernières séances de la thérapie des cas Frankie (B. Bornstein), Richard (M. Klein), Piggle (D. W. Winnicott), Carine (J. Simon / R. Diatkine); les commentaires apportés mettent en lumière les démarches suivier dans chacun des cas et les positions théoriques sur lesquelles elles se fondent.

Diese Falldarstellung schildert den seit sechs Jahren andauernden therapeutischen Prozeß der Analyse eines Kindes mit der Problematik einer symbiotischen Psychose. Im Laufe der Vertiefung der Übertragungsdynamik regrediert das Kind im analytischen Setting zu sensoriellen, autistischen Abwehrmechanismen, zu einer pathologischen Autosensualität, die sich in speziellen Gegenübertragungsgefühlen widerspiegeln. Durch das Durcharbeiten in der Übertragungsbeziehung kann das Kind die zugrundeliegenden psychotischen Ängste des Sich-Auflösens integrieren; dies bedeutet allerdings nicht, daß man die Analyse als beendet betrachten kann. Die Komplexität der Mutter-Kind-Beziehung stellt einen wichtigen Faktor für die psychische Zukunft dieser Patientin während der Umgestaltungen der Pubertät dar.

This case study describes the six year long therapeutic process of the analysis of a child with a symbiotic psychosis pathology. With the deepening of the transference dynamics the child regresses in the analytic setting to sensorial autistic defence mechanisms, a pathological autosensuality, which reflect themselves in particular transference feelings. The working-through within the transference relationship permits the child to integrate the underlying psychotic anxieties of dissolution of the Ego; this however does not mean that one can regard the analysis as terminated. The complexity of the mother-child relationship is an important factor for the psychic future of this patient during the transformations of puberty.

Cette étude de cas décrit le processus thérapeutique de six ans d'une analyse d'une enfant avec la problématique d'une psychose symbiotique. Au cours de l'approfondissement de la dynamique transférentielle l'enfant régresse dans le cadre analytique aux défenses autistiques de type perceptivo-sensorielle, une autosensualité pathologique, avec leur résonance contre-transférentielle particulière. A travers l'élaboration de la relation transférentielle l'enfant peut intégrer les angoisses psychotiques sous-jacentes de dissolution du Moi; ceci toutefois ne signifie pas qu'on peut considérer l'analyse comme étant terminée. La complexité de la relation mère-enfant présente une importance certaine pour l'avenir psychique de cette patiente lors des transformations de la puberté.

Es wird über die 4 12 Jahre dauernde Analyse eines kleinen Jungen berichtet, der zu Behandlungsbeginn 3 12 Jahre alt ist und unter einem hyperkinetischen Syndrom leidet. Im Mittelpunkt der Bearbeitung steht die extrem starke und sexualisierte Mutterbindung, die sich auf eine schwerwiegende orale und narzißtisch-inzestuöse Problematik zentriert. Mit der Durcharbeitung analog eines langwierigen Verdauungsvorganges kann sich die pathologische Fixierung in der Übertragungsliebe am Ende auflösen.

In the paper the analysis of a 4 12 year old boy, suffering from a hyperactive syndrome, which started when he was 3 12, is discussed. The focus is brought on the working through of the extremely strong and sexualized attachment towards the mother, loading to a serious oral and narcissistic inscestuous problem. The working through analogous to a digestive process enables at the end to resolve the pathological fixation in the transference of love.

Ce travail rend compte d'une analyse d'une durée de 4 ans et demi, celle d'une petit garçon âgé de 3 ans et demi au début de la cure et souffrant d'un syndrome hypercinétique. Une liaison à la mére extrêmement forte et sexualisée, centrée sur une problématique orale et narcissique-incestueuse très sérieuse, se situait au cSur de l'élaboration. À la manière d'une long processus de «digestion» la fixation pathologique finit par disparaître dans l'amour de transfert grâce à la perlaboration.

Die Arbeit berichtet von der Analyse eines Jungen, die in ihrer Anfangsphase ein reiches phantasmatisches Material über den Kastrationskomplex entstehen läßt. Durch den erzwungenen Abbruch nach ca. 100 Sitzungen gelingt es jedoch nicht, die Durcharbeitung zufriedenstellend zu beenden, so daß eine Bewältigung der unbewußten Problematik einsetzt, die in der analen Einverleibung eines übermächtigen Introjekts besteht.

The article demonstrates the analysis of a boy, in which rich material on the castration complex is produced. Due to the forced end after 100 sessions it is not possible to work through the material sufficiently. In order to cope with the unconscious problem an omnipotent introject is anally incorporated.

Ce travail l'analyse d'une petit garçon, qui, dans sa phase initiale, fait apparaître un matériel fantasmatique très riche en rapport avec le complexe de castration. Le traitement ayant dû être interrompu après une centaine de séances, la perlaboration ne put être menée à son terme de manière satisfaisante si bien que la problématique inconsciente de l'enfant fut surmontée par l'incorporation anale d'une introject très puissant.
