Im Zentrum der aus triebtheoretischer Perspektive erweiterten Theorie des Ödipuskomplexes von Judith Le Soldat steht das Konzept der aktiven Kastrationstat, die im Verlauf der ödipalen Entwicklung von Jungen wie Mädchen aufgrund der Versagung der passiven und aktiven phallischen Triebwünsche und des dadurch bewirkten aggressiven Triebdurchbruchs imaginär begangen wird. Diese ubiquitäre Kastrationstat führt zu Schuld, Kastrations- und Vernichtungsängsten, gegen die charakteristische Abwehrlösungen gefunden werden müssen, die ihrerseits wieder zu Ausweglosigkeiten in der inneren Welt führen. Ziel dieses Beitrags ist es, diese Trieb- und Abwehrbewegungen und die aus ihnen resultierenden unbewussten Phantasien zu untersuchen, mit einem klinischen Beispiel zu illustrieren und das klinisch und theoretisch fruchtbare Potenzial der theoretischen Erweiterungen von Le Soldat aufzuzeigen.

Colpos desire, penis envy, and castration deed. Aspects of an extension of the theory of the Oedipus complex. – At the heart of Judith Le Soldat’s extended theory of the Oedipus complex from a drive-theoretic perspective lies the concept of the active castration deed. As a result of the suppression of passive and active phallic drive desires and the aggressive drive breakthrough resulting from this, the deed is committed on the imaginary plane in the course of the Oedipal development of boys and girls. The ubiquitous castration deed leads to guilt and castration/destruction anxieties against which characteristic defense solutions have to be found. These in their turn occasion other aporias in the internal world. The article sets out to investigate these defense and drive urges and the unconscious fantasies resulting from them. A clinical example illustrates the points made and indicates the clinical and theoretical potential of Le Soldat’s extensions.

Désir du sein, désir du pénis et acte de castration. Aspects d’un développement de la théorie du complexe Œdipe. – Au centre de la théorie du complexe d’Œdipe de Judith Le Soldat élargie par la perspective de la théorie des pulsions se trouve le concept d’acte de castration. Cette castration active est réalisée imaginairement dans le cours du développement œdipien des garçons et des filles à la suite de l’échec des désirs pulsionnels phalliques passifs et actifs et de la percée pulsionnelle agressive qui en découle. Cet acte de castration ubiquiste suscite culpabilité, angoisses de castration et de destruction contre lesquelles sont requises des défenses qui sont autant de solutions sans issue dans le monde interne. Cet article se propose d’analyser ces mouvements pulsionnels et de défense ainsi que les phantasmes inconscients qui en résultent. Un exemple clinique illustre le riche potentiel clinique et théorique des développements théoriques de Judith Le Soldat.

Ausgehend von M. Fakhry Davids’ Konzeptualisierung einer in uns allen vorhandenen Vorstellung des »racial other« und der Theorie der Entwicklung innerer Objekte, wird der Frage nachgegangen, wie wir innere rassistische Strukturen, bzw. innere rassistische Objekte ausbilden. In einer Fallvignette werden ausgewählte Aspekte der Übertragungs-Gegenübertragungs-Dynamik einer schwarzen Analysandin, die bei einer weißen Analytikerin in Behandlung war, daraufhin untersucht, welche schwarzen und weißen inneren Objekte sich entfalten und untersucht werden konnten. Während die Analysandin ein negativ besetztes schwarzes inneres Objekt in sich entdecken konnte, das eng mit ihrem schwarzen Vater verbunden war, musste die Analytikerin im Rahmen einer aufgeladenen Gegenübertragungsdynamik ein rassistisches inneres Objekt in sich wahrnehmen, mit welchem sie ihre Analysandin in ihrer Gegenübertragungsphantasie angriff.

Black and White in the analytic space. On racist internal objects. – Proceeding from M. Fakhry Davids’ conceptualization of the notion of a »racial other« that exists in all of us and the theory of the development of internal objects, the author examines the question of how we form racist internal structures or racist internal objects. In a case vignette, the author discusses selected aspects of the transference-countertransference dynamic of a black female analysand treated by a white female analyst in order to establish which black and which white internal objects materialized and were susceptible of investigation. The analysand discovered a negatively cathected black internal object within herself that was closely connected with her black father. In the framework of an intensely charged countertransference dynamic, the analyst was forced to perceive a racist internal object within herself with which she attacked her analysand in her countertransference fantasy.

Blanc et noir dans l’espace analytique. À propos des objets racistes internes. – À partir de la conceptualisation par M. Fakhry Davids d’une représentation présente en chacun de nous d’un «autre racial» et de la théorie de l’élaboration d’objets internes, l’article se penche sur la question de savoir comment se constituent en nous des structures ou des objets racistes internes. Une étude de cas aborde divers aspects de la dynamique de transfert – contre-transfert chez une analysante noire en analyse chez une analyste blanche et précise quels objets internes blancs et noirs ont pu se constituer et être traités. Tandis que l’analysante découvrait à travers son père noir un objet noir interne investi négativement, l’analyste percevait en elle-même dans le cadre d’une dynamique de contre-transfert très intense un objet raciste interne avec lequel elle agressa son analysante dans un phantasme de contre-transfert.

Die vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich mit dem Denken der englischen Psychoanalytikerin und Malerin Marion Milner (1900–1998) und speziell mit dem Themenkreis von Kreativität und Kunst. Nachdem Milner dem Umstand nachgegangen war, dass ihr die Fähigkeit zum Malen abging, wurde ihr klar, dass der kreative künstlerische Prozess, verstanden als das Erschaffen neuer Symbole, die der neugeschaffenen Realität eine persönliche und subjektive Bedeutung beilegen, in Augenblicken eines anfänglichen »Wahnsinns« (der Illusion von Einheit, von prälogischer Fusion von Subjekt und Objekt) vor sich geht und eine Wechselseitigkeit von innerer und äußerer Realität ermöglicht. In diesem Prozess kommt der ästhetischen Erfahrung des schaffenden Künstlers, wie sie zeigt, eine Schlüsselrolle zu.

Marion Milner, the role of aesthetic experience in artistic creation. – This paper outlines the thinking of the English psychoanalyst and painter Marion Milner (1900–1998) and examines the issues of creativity and art. Milner, as a result of personal research on the inability to paint, came to believe that the creative artistic process, intended as the creation of new symbols that attribute a personal and subjective meaning to the newly-created reality, occurs during moments of ›primary madness‹ (of illusion of unity, of pre-logical fusion between subject and object) making it possible to have a relationship of reciprocity between internal and external reality. In such a process, the aesthetic experience of the artist at work plays a key role.

Le rôle de l’expérience esthétique dans le processus de création selon Marion Milner. – L’article se penche sur la pensée de la psychanalyste et peintre anglaise Marion Milner (1900–1998), en particulier la thématique liée à la créativité et à l’art. Après avoir remarqué qu’elle perdait la faculté de peindre, Marion Milner comprit que le processus créatif artistique, entendu comme la création de nouveaux symboles qui confèrent à la réalité nouvellement créée une signification personnelle et subjective, se déroule dans des débuts de «folie» (l’illusion d’unité, de fusion prélogique de sujet et objet) et rend possible une alternance entre réalité interne et réalité externe. Milner montre que lors de ce processus l’expérience esthétique de l’artiste créateur joue un rôle essentiel.
