»Somatische Narration« bezeichnet eine Arbeitsweise, die Strukturen des Körperselbst, die durch Traumatisierung desorganisiert sind und den Kontakt zum symbolischen Netzwerk verloren haben, ins Zentrum der Aufmerksamkeit des analytischen Paars stellt. Diese nicht-repräsentierten Zustände werden als »verkapselte Körperengramme« aufgefasst. Sie weisen eine leiblich organisierte Abwehrstruktur auf, zu der neben Desorganisation und Versteinerung auch Wahrnehmungsabwehr, d.h. die systematische Abwendung der Aufmerksamkeit vom eigenen Körper, gehört. Die »somatische Narration« kehrt die Wahrnehmungsabwehr um. Zentral hierfür ist eine spezifische therapeutische Haltung: Die sinnliche Präsenz und das leibliche »Containment« werden ins Zentrum der analytischen Haltung gestellt. Vorschnelle Symbolisierungen werden auf Seiten des Analytikers (Deutung) wie des Analysanden als Abwehr der Wahrnehmung des beschädigten Körperselbst und als Widerstand gegen das Durcharbeiten »verkapselter Körperengramme« aufgefasst. Ein klinisches Beispiel erläutert die Arbeitsweise und zeigt die Veränderung der desorganisierten Körperlandschaft im Verlauf einer vierjährigen Analyse.

»Somatic narration« is an approach that focuses the attention of the analytic couple on structures of the body-self that have been disorganized by traumatization and have lost contact with the symbolic network. These non-represented states are termed »encapsulated body engrams.« They display an embodied defense structure characterized not only by disorganization and petrification but also by perceptional defense, i.e. systematic aversion of attention from the body itself. »Somatic narration« reverses this perceptional defense. Of central moment here is a specific therapeutic attitude: sensual presence and bodily containment are the central factors in the analyst’s attitude. Premature symbolizations are understood both by the analyst (in the interpretation) and the analysand as defense against perception of the damaged body-self and resistance to working through »encapsulated body engrams.« A clinical example is drawn upon to expound the method, revealing the changes taking place in the ­disorganized body landscape in the course of a four-year ­analysis.

La « narration somatique » désigne une méthode de travail qui place au centre de l’attention du couple analytique des structures du self corporel désorgani­sées par le traumatisme et qui ont perdu le contact avec le réseau symbolique. Ces états non représentés sont considérés comme des « engrammes corporels encapsulés ». Ils présentent une structure de défense organisée de façon corporelle, dont font partie, outre la désorganisation et la pétrification, les défenses perceptives, c’est-à-dire le détournement systématique de l’attention de son propre corps. La « narration somatique » inverse la défense de la perception en initiant et en maintenant la perception de structures corporels désorganisés. Une attitude thérapeutique ­spécifique est centrale à cet égard : la présence sensorielle et le « container » ­corpo­­­rel sont placés au centre de l’attitude analytique. Les symbolisations hâtives sont perçues, tant par l’analyste (interprétation) que par l’analysant, comme une défense contre la perception du self corporel endommagé et comme une résistance à l’élaboration d’« engrammes corporels encapsulés ». L'angoisse catastrophique peut être traversée et modérée dans l'atmosphère soutenante et non-intrusive. Un exemple clinique explique la méthode de travail et montre la modification du paysage corporel désorganisé au cours d’une analyse de quatre ans.

Der vorliegende Beitrag entwickelt Überlegungen zur Geschichte und zum gegenwärtigen Zustand der Psychoanalyse in der Ukraine. Der Autor führt die aktive Entwicklung der Psychoanalyse in den postsowjetischen Ländern sowohl auf wirtschaftliche Gründe – den Zusammenbruch des Gesundheitssystems – als auch auf ideologische Emanzipation zurück. Er beschreibt die Entwicklung der Ukrainischen Psychoanalytischen Gesellschaft (UPG) und die traumatischen Auswirkungen des gegenwärtigen Krieges auf sie, wobei er die verschiedenen Stadien seiner persönlichen Entwicklung und der Entwicklung der Berufsgemeinschaft anhand von klinischen Beispielen illustriert. Die umfangreichste klinische Illustration handelt von der Reaktualisierung traumatischer Erfahrungen, einschließlich transgenerationaler Erfahrungen, durch den Krieg.

The article sets out a number of ideas regarding the history and the present state of psychoanalysis in Ukraine. The author traces the active development of psychoanalysis in the post-Soviet countries both to economic factors – the collapse of the health system – and to a process of ideological emancipation. He describes the evolution of the Ukrainian Psychoanalytic Society (UPS) and the traumatic effects the war has had on it, drawing upon clinical examples to illustrate both his own personal development and the development of the professional community. The most exhaustive of these clinical illustrations centers around the reactivation of traumatic experiences in wartime, including transgenerational experiences.

Cet article présente des réflexions sur l’histoire et l’état actuel de la psychanalyse en Ukraine. L’auteur attribue le développement actif de la psychanalyse dans les pays postsoviétiques à la fois à des raisons économiques – l’effondrement du système de santé – et à l’émancipation idéologique. Il décrit l’évolution de la Société psychanalytique ukrainienne (UPG) et les effets traumatiques de la guerre sur celle-ci tout en illustrant les différentes étapes de son développement personnel et de l’évolution de la communauté psychanalytique par des exemples cliniques. L’illustration clinique la plus complète porte sur la réactualisation des expériences traumatiques, y compris les expériences transgénérationnelles, en temps de guerre.
